Clinical Workflow Assessment
Ensure your practice is protected for long-term value and sustainability. Led by real practice administrators who understand the dynamics of a healthy medical practice, the Hielix team focuses on the four foundations of healthy/sustainable physician practices– revenue, profitability, efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.

Revenue Cycle Management & Maintenance
Evaluate the financial operations of the physician practice to ensure peak performance and operational sustainability. Tactical recommendations and implementation guidance surrounding cash flow, revenue opportunities within the practice, insurance contracts, etc.

EHR Vendor Selection
Using the Hielix EHR Roadmap, collaborate with the physician practice to evaluate a narrow list of HER vendors that meet the strict requirements of the specific practice. Develop requirements, coordinate with EHR vendors (up to 4) and deliver an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the products seen as well as a final recommendation.

EHR Template Customization
Work with our team to create customized templates within your EHR system based on the workflows within your practice. The EHR customization service includes the creation of up to 10 custom templates for a single practice. Additional templates can be created upon request at $125/hr. Note: some EHR products require custom development by the vendor for all templates.

EHR Implementation Management
Collaborate with practice and chosen EHR vendor to ensure installations are timely, organized and delivered with minimal disruption to day-to-day clinical operations within the practice. Provide project management support from kickoff to delivery, including documentation of installation milestones and potential impacts. Act as/support the practice champion with the EHR vendor and practice staff which allows the practice to focus on patients and general operations.

Post-Launch Training
Provide online and live training to physician practice customers to ensure EHR software is being fully utilized and that the staff understands how to use the software efficiently and in line with Meaningful Use.
