Is YOUR business being “throttled”?
Business managers often wonder if they are getting the internet bandwidth they paid for. Their suspicions may be correct. The New York Times featured a story Monday Nov. 14 on GLASTNOST, software that detects whether Internet Service Providers are selectively slowing broadband speeds, a technique known as “throttling”.
