Employee Highlight

“Mike joined Power Consulting way back in pre-Covid days. This seems like ages ago. Mike brought a very varied talent set to Power Consulting. He is known for his persistence, dogged patience, good humor and “client-whispering” skills. If it’s the last thing he does, Mike is going to get the job done — and the client is going to be happy whether they like it or not!

Always looking to inform and instruct clients and colleagues, Mike is a huge asset in such an information-heavy industry as ours. That’s why Mike is leading our IT documentation project. Gradually as our data sources, data management and documentation become standardized, this project is critical for reducing the tech team’s time and effort in their routine support work. And of course, easy and accurate data access is vital to quality customer services and success.

One of Mike’s current technical passions is Sharepoint Design and management. He’s always searching for new ways to make the Sharepoint migration and onboarding process simpler and easier.

Among his many talents Mike loves to cook and is rumoured to be pretty good at it. Moreover, he’s said to mix a mean cocktail. When we move into our new office in March 2023, Mike will be called on to demonstrate his prowess in these areas!”

We Never Stop Learning

We truly believe there is no expiration date on learning. We strive to learn something new every day, whether it’s the latest hacking techniques or new technology solutions. Every week we hold fun, productive and interactive classes with our teams and expect each member to pay it forward to our clients.

We encourage each member of our teams to expand their knowledge…on our expense! Every employee is entitled to attend seminars/workshops/trainings of their desire to support their work.
