Our account manager, Tim, makes sure to follow up and ask for feedback as he genuinely wants to make sure we are satisfied with the services we are receiving. We have also had wonderful experiences with each technician who we’ve come across however, Inti, has always been favored by my team and seems to resolve every issue we come across.
